Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough is the perfect beachside hotel for couples, families and corporate stays in Scarborough.
Rendezvous Scarborough is home to many dynamic facilities. Complete with a lagoon style pool with ocean views, tennis courts, a fully equipped games room, modern conference spaces and amazing dining options, the hotel caters to variety of guests. Whether you’re a family, couple, group of friends or you’re on a business trip, it’s the perfect place to relax.
With 24 meeting and events spaces, the hotel has panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and plenty of natural light. It’s the perfect backdrop for board meetings, large banquets and weddings.
The hotel, originally called Observation City has had an interesting history from the time it was built for late tycoon Alan Bond in 1986. Mr. Bond had anticipated the demand for accommodation during the 1987 America’s Cup challenge in Fremantle and wanted a view to see the yachts. To this day, after 3 decades, Rendezvous Scarborough is still Perth’s only beachside high rise. Another fun historical fact is you can still see the grand piano that Michael Jackson played on when he stayed in 1996.

Breakfast is available at the restaurant from 6.30am - 10.00am on weekdays and from 7.00am - 10.30am on weekends and public holidays.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Parking at Rendezvous Perth Scarborough is onsite and $25 per car for overnight parking. Valet parking and EV(Electric Vehicle Charge) is $35 per car for an overnight stay. The entrance and exit to the parking is under the Lookout Bar on The Esplanade. Please scan QR code at the Reception upon your arrival. Max vehicle height is 1.9m.
What are the age restrictions at Rendezvous Scarborough?
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under the age of 12 years using existing bedding can stay at no additional charge in the room with guardians / parents.
